Visit Murray Bridge

The Murray Bridge nursery is on 26 hectares in the idyllic South Australian countryside. All State Flora plants are propagated here. The average climate is several degrees warmer than Adelaide and the seasonal growing period is therefore longer.

Our gift shop sells garden ornaments and books about Australian native plants. You can also pick up a State Flora gift voucher for the keen gardener in your life. You’ll find all kinds of products to help you keep the Australian garden in tip-top shape, such as a wide range of soil improvers, plant food, sprinkler systems and weed killers.

Talk to our friendly staff during your visit. They are all Australian native plant enthusiasts and can offer you practical advice about how our plants grow best.

Opening hours

Monday to Friday: 8am - 4.30pm
Sundays: 10am - 4pm (We are closed on Sundays in January and February)
Closed Saturdays and public holidays
Closed Christmas Day through to New Year's Day
